We are a family-run small business (with a new baby), so we generally limit our phone responses and in-person availability to Monday - Friday between 10am and 6pm.
Drop off’s / Pick up’s are scheduled Monday - Friday between 10am and 6pm. Please let us know if you need different accommodations and we will do our best to make it work!
The work phone is not attended after-hours (including weekends) so if you text us, chances are that we will not respond until the following day or the Monday after the weekend. But rest assured that we will always respond or return inquiries as quickly as possible Monday - Friday!

What to expect
Ours is the last house on the street, on the left. You’ll see a white Infinity K9 Parking sign on the mailbox. Pull on up to the buildings but PLEASE STAY IN THE VEHICLE UNTIL YOU ARE GREETED. We have many dogs on the property and always want to make sure they are safely put up before it’s your dog’s turn. When you get out, please make sure your dog is on a leash.
We try our best to give regular updates of your dog’s progress but please feel free to ask for updates any time you’d like! The only caveat is since we have the dogs on our property 24/7, we limit our Drop-off Days AND Responses to Monday-Friday only. The work phone is generally unattended after-hours AND weekends.

A FULL bag of dog food - you’re welcome to ship some to the house if needbe!
Leash & Collar with ID tags for safety
Preventative meds** to give during the stay
Waiver & Consent Form AND Intake Form - Completed and Signed

**WE WILL NOT GIVE ANY DOG SIMPARICA TRIO OR TRIFEXIS PREVENTATIVE WHILE IN OUR CARE. WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY DOGS THAT HAVE TAKEN THOSE PREVENTATIVES WITHIN 72 HRS OF DROP-OFF.
